{Pärla} is a pure Gotland Sheepskin. Silky and flowy strands of hair in lovely silver and pearl tones. Large and on the heavier side. Ideal for layering on the bed and for sleeping beneath.

This is the ‘cream of the crop’ as far as sheepskins go in quality, size & ethics. This pelt will look gorgeous for years to come as the lanolin is still intact and due to it’s silky strands.

The tanning process on this particular sheepskin has been done organically without the use of chrome, which means it can not be thrown into a washer, but instead can be lightly hand-washed and hung dry. However, an incredible thing about sheepskin is that they naturally stay quite clean as they repel liquids (due to their natural lanolin oils) and are naturally deodorising. That’s one reason why we see them lining baby cribs and strollers all the time in Scandinavia!
