{Thorfridh} has soft charcoal and cream with a unique dark line down the back and extra darkly painted tips at top. Thorfridh is a Swedish sheepskin in size large and is very thick… perfect for extra padding. Comfortable for lounging on and even to use as a barrier between you and damp earth when camping.

A single sheepskin can last you a lifetime and is well worth the investment! The tanning process on these particular sheepskins have been done organically, which means they can not be thrown into a washer, but instead can be lightly hand-washed and hung dry. However, an incredible thing about sheepskin is that they naturally stay quite clean as they repel liquids (due to their natural lanolin oils) and are naturally deodorizing! That’s one reason why we see them lining baby cribs and strollers all the time here in Scandinavia!

All of the sheepskins offered under Root Tonics have been sourced in a very meticulous manner. The sheepskins are bi-products from meat production.
